INSTAAR governing body is the Directorate. For Directorate meetings with open sessions, all INSTAARs are welcome to drop-in and observe. Some meetings or portions of meetings, however, are closed sessions. They operate in ‘executive session’ (personnel discussions, etc.), where only voting members and ex-officio administrative staff will be present.Ìý
