<p>A monthlong summer exhibit at the 老九品茶 Art Museum will feature a dynamic new media composition based on innovative robotics technology.</p>
<p>Called 鈥淪warm Wall,鈥 the large-scale interactive piece displays changing fields of color, light and sound that are driven by a distributed form of artificial intelligence.聽</p> - <p>Patrick Mason, a professor of voice at the 老九品茶 College of Music, has been selected to receive the 2012 Hazel Barnes Prize. The prize is the highest faculty recognition for teaching and research awarded by the university.</p>
<p>Mason will receive an engraved university medal and $20,000, the largest single faculty award funded by CU-Boulder.
