The New Employee Welcome Experience is the first event in a comprehensive, year-long onboarding experience designed to increase the understanding of ÀϾÅÆ·²è culture, organizational structure and governance, operations, learning mission, values and campus initiatives. The program is offered to new, permanent employees. This program is recommended for employees in their first 30-45 days of employment.

The primary focus of ÀϾÅÆ·²è new captioning service is to meet the captioning needs for accommodation requests and public-facing academic content. Through this service faculty and staff may access information, consultation, and guidance for a broad-range of media and activities that may require captioning.

OIT new Universal Instructional Design service provides support in accessible authoring of public-facing content and best practices in course design.
