<p>The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Human Resources, has issued the annual rate increases and pay plan memorandum for state classified employees.</p>
<p>Instructors can now submit grade changes electronically without a change of record form. The new functionality allows for changes to classes through fall 2010.</p>
Starting June 8, instructors will be able to create their own basic, uncombined course in Desire2Learn (D2L) without waiting for the Office of Information Technology to create it for them.
