BVSD updates calendar to match ÀϾÅÆ·²è spring break dates

to align the district spring break with ÀϾÅÆ·²è spring break dates.

For a number of years, ÀϾÅÆ·²è spring break dates have matched with the Boulder Valley School District spring break dates and often those ofÌýthe St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD). This is helpful to many ÀϾÅÆ·²è employees and ÀϾÅÆ·²è parents and families who have students enrolled in one of the two nearby K-12 school districts.Ìý

BVSD and ÀϾÅÆ·²è identified a discrepancy for the 2022–23 academic year.Ìý

Following the BVSD Board of Education unanimous vote on June 7, BVSD moved spring break to March 27–31, 2023, which matches ÀϾÅÆ·²è break.

SVVSD has currently not made any changes to its planned March 20–24, 2023, spring break.Ìý

ÀϾÅÆ·²è reached out to both school districts to set the stage for future cooperation on calendar setting that benefits all three institutions going forward.
