Indemnification
The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the ÀϾÅÆ·²è is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG authority.
ÀϾÅÆ·²è is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. ÀϾÅÆ·²è cannot cover a sponsor loss. ÀϾÅÆ·²è shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Boulder self-insurance policy.
