Implementation Guidance of the New Indirect (F&A) Cost Rates

�Ͼ�Ʒ�� has a new federal negotiated��Indirect Cost Rate Agreement��between �Ͼ�Ʒ�� and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.��

We would like to highlight an update to this content: The fringe benefit catch-up adjustment for the months of July through November were posted on December 17, 2025, versus being posted during December month end close.��
